Shingle Street paddle Provisional

Launch from Orford Quay at 11:30 and follow the falling tide towards the mouth of the river. We'll stop for drinks and snacks on the beach at Shingle street and wait for the tide to turn before heading back again.
Approx 16km round trip so not suitable for beginners. Participants need to be able to transport their own kayaks to Orford Quay.
All kayakers must wear a PFD and their boats must be insured as per club policy. This may be cancelled or shortened at the last minute due to high winds or bad weather
