AGM - Committee roles

Published 21:40 on 29 Sep 2022

Message from the Commodore:

"As we approach the AGM in a few weeks' time, please could I ask members who are interested in either Committee posts or Non- Committee posts to put their names forward on the A3 Sheet which I have put up on the notice board in the corridor, or ask someone to do that for you..

I hope that I have simplified it so that the person who wants to stand or has been nominated to stand puts their name in the first column then signs in the second column.

The proposer and seconder should then put their names and signatures in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth columns respectively.

There is plenty of room for up to three nominations for membership of the Committee and if there are any more nominations just add them on another piece of paper. Similarly with the non-committee posts.

It would be great if we could fill the sheet!!

You can read about any of the Committee roles in more detail here: https://bit.ly/3SlSldV
