  • Adult Regatta - SSC Results

  • Slaughden Juniors do well at the AYC Junior and Youth Regatta 2022

    As the Rear Commodore Dinghy Sailing it gives me great pleasure to announce the results from the Junior and Youth Regatta 2022. First of all SSC was called out and thanked for the help and support we gave AYC. I think James did us proud, so thanks for doing such a professional job on support.   • Orford/Dove Point Cruise is ON

    Dove Point is back on for Saturday ! 10:30 start bring your own picnic, this will be an informal sail. For those that do not wish to sail Robert is taking Quinky Dink all are welcome along with their furry friends. If you wish to join Robert pls meet at AYC on the Pontoon at 10:30 to catch the ferry to the boat.

  • Help Needed for 2nd August

    Help needed for Tuesday 2nd August from 1300- 1630hrs- please This is the date for the Aldeburgh Town Council Children's Sports when they come for a sailing session at Slaughden- primary age children and usually about 20 of them which we sail in 2 lots. We need 4 Dinghy Instructors or experienced helms for the Wayfarers, 2 people for the Safety Boat and if anyone is able to help on the shore-

  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

    Dear all, Dawn has now published the calendar of events and has emailed it to you. Although the season still seems far way it isn't- March starts next week then we are into the School and Easter holidays a few weeks later. There are lots of gaps to fill such as OODs, Support Boats and Power Boat Helms. Races and other events can't take place unless these gaps are filled!
