Safety Boat
The club normally runs a RYA safety boat course per annum. It is held over one weekend, usually all day Saturday and Sunday. Successful candidates will be awarded the RYA safety boat certificate. This will then able them to helm the club's safetyboats. The course is normally only open to club members but it is possible to accept outside candidates by arrangement. Because our instructors give their time for free, we can offer this course at a lower price than commercial training schools.
